I made up a Lightroom preset for red baby skin. I'll try to share it later.
I'm having difficulty getting around to the Christmas decorating. #1. I love my fall stuff too much.
2. I've too many other things going on.
3. Just not in the mood.
This still adorns my mantle and part of the problem with taking it down is that I want to save parts of the branches for later photos. Where and how to store. (My studio has turned into a disaster area again.)

Oh, Roxi! I know you're over the moon! Crew must be a football player in training already. I'm glad all turned out well. Enjoy, Embrace. Love.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Such a cute baby! Don't worry about the decorating - just enjoy the moment!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! So very sweet! My brother's wife just had a baby and I found the book titled 'Natural Newborn Baby Photography' by Robin Long. She has wonderful posing ideas for newborns and shares her techniques for getting rid of the red newborn skin. I enjoyed the book and used some of her ideas to take pictures of my new nephew. I bet you can't wait to take more pictures!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, what a big boy. Also, love the fall decor, I started putting up some Christmas items but can't really get with it either.
ReplyDeleteYour new grandson is just beautiful! Congratulations to all!! I can see why you're reluctant to disturb your fall decorations; they're gorgeous. Could you just move the whole jarful to your studio until you have time to take it apart and store those branches?
ReplyDeleteMany congratulations, Roxi! Your new little guy is precious!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet are these, that third one is oh my. The one with the father and mother speak volumes. Happy congrats to you and the new little one. Love the shot of your mantle, and hey, skip Christmas this year or do it in January.
