Hue Saturation adjustment to reduce red in bricks a little
B&W adjustment, Overlay 36%
kk_Zuzu texture, Multiply 100%
Used a blue color fill layer set to Difference 44%
Slight dodge and burn, 
Date font Rough Typewriter
Title Font, Times New Roman and Shit Happens

    That came out nice.

    Where I live we have had practically no snow all winter . . . I love snowy winters, so I have not been happy with our weather this year.
