Mobile Art Monday No. 5

We've been out of town, taking care of family business so this post is a little late.
I submitted this edit for the Artistry Flair/Stackables competition just one day before it closed. I was actually trying to do some mindless art because I had just spent three days working on a colorful artsy house photo that nearly made me pull my hair out. Anyway, I was lucky enough to be chosen as a runner up with some very talented artists. It was quite an honor. My finished piece...

Here's a bit of a walk through…

I used one of my saved formulas on photo 2 I call Lavender. (because I had used it on a lavender photo)

iColorama sketch edit.
I really think the writing added a lot to this piece and I love the aqua tones. My hubby even liked it. I think he was more pleased that I did something 'meaningful'.

I used my saved formula on another house but it didn't work as well. This one I also added a sketch layer over the top because it nearly disappeared. (and some Percolator circles in the sky) I hope to tweak this formula and submit it to Stackables. Maybe you'll see it in the future in your app. Now that would be so cool.

I almost want to apologize for using Stackables so much, but this app is truly wonderful and right now for what I've been shooting, it's perfect. What type of mobile art have you been working on lately?

I'm linking up with Barb for App Happy Wednesday!
