Texture Tuesday Sept 30

Today I got off my rear and processed some photos I had taken nearly a month ago. They 'spoke' fall to me so at the time I suppose it was too early to be in the mood.
I had a blast putting them together in collages so you may see some repeated. I decided to process them all the same with Kim's preset Olden Days but because the lighting was different at different angles I couldn't just 'sync' my settings in Lightroom after I had the first one finished. So a little tweaking here and there and they all seem to go well together.
Early morning light on Sept 5th, had to work quickly.

kk_chaos texture plus a couple brushes.

Here is a before and after. When I compare the two it makes me want to add a little color back to the faded ones.

This was my set up. And I did add bit more color back.

Linking up with Kim for Texture Tuesday.

  3. These all have such a great 'autumn feel' to them! Lovely processing. The presets worked well but like you, I sometimes want to put back a bit of color. I've installed 'The Fader' that Kim told us about but I've had mixed success with it.

  9. Every image is awesome, Roxie! Each one is more beautiful than the next. The presets really give them a fall mood it seems. But my favorite thing is the subject matter...gardening is so dear to my heart. I've learned so much just viewing your photos - point of view, arrangement of objects...well, everything I think. Thanks for posting them for us to see.
