Easter Baby

It was a beautiful day to go to the park with friends and relatives. For some reason I assumed the (leafless) trees would provide shade and didn't bring sunscreen. Oh well.
Now that the kids have moved back, I didn't waste any time taking more pics.
Our sweet baby girl who turned one last week.

She learned very fast that the grass didn't feel good to the tender feet.
So she stayed on the edge and yelled at it for several minutes. Oh how I wish someone had recorded it on their phone. It was hilarious.

Earlier she had carefully picked one blade and later put it in her mouth (of course).

It's Texture Tuesday at the Cafe Blog and I'm using Kim Klassen's texture Sonnet2.
All edits done in Lightroom4.
