It's about time I get back to some texturing. 3 different textures and several layers later...
My layers pallet says it all.
The original was actually edited in Lightroom first using a preset that I tweaked a bit. I really liked it on the shots I took during this set up. It is called LightroomPresets Summer Collection. I used #2. Unfortunately they are not free. One of my 'very' originals is at the bottom so you can compare.
I like these Roxi, and the presets. I haven't found presets I really like still take things into Ps and do my own thing. I really love that one of the tight crop of just the dish, blueberries, and pair.
ReplyDeleteOh so beautiful, you captured these so well...food is something I struggle with!
ReplyDeleteSome glorious food shots, Roxi and the colours you chose to marry pop but don't explode...if you know what I mean. Really nice.
ReplyDeleteLovely Roxi, i particularly like the bokeh effect so pretty...
ReplyDeleteReally lovely Roxi. I love the one of the blueberries with all that bokeh!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job-- these have me longing for summer!
ReplyDeleteI love your photo! Artful set-up and love the aperature setting! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWonderful! All the perspectives are great and the texture work is marvelous. My favorite, though, has to be #2. I just like the way the three pops of color work together in that one.
ReplyDeleteI love these - especially the 4th picture! You've inspired me to try this with some blueberries!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done! Now you have me longing for the presets!
ReplyDeleteThese blueberries make me happy! Nice job! Feels like summer to see them!
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done!
ReplyDeleteEven if it is from the grocery store, color is always appreciated. One day soon my friend you will be teaching some classes. I love reading your posts for all the helpful hints.
ReplyDeleteI love them all Roxi! You sure had lots of layers of textures. I think I've only used 2 or 3 at the most. I'll have to get brave and add more and have a play!
ReplyDeleteAwesome job!
