Someone Else's Jacket

Many romances began with the young man offering his jacket to the high school girl who pretended to be cold. Wearing his oversized coat had a way of making a girl feel of value, accepted, lovable, taken care of. To belong to something bigger than herself. It had a comforting feel… to be swallowed up in a 'too large' coat. Perhaps it was like putting on something of her father's.

  3. I am a new visitor to your blog. Your combination of the photo and story are so compelling. I want to read more of the story. This photo looks like a book jacket cover - so inviting. I'll visit again soon.
